Understanding Credits

Credits represent the number of SMS messages you can send. Each message (or message segment) costs one credit.

Message Length	Credits Used
1-160 characters	1 credit
161-320 characters	2 credits
321-480 characters	3 credits

Best Practices

Daily Check

Make it a habit to check these things daily:

Available Credits - Ensure you have enough for the day
Account Status - Confirm it's Active
API Account - Verify the correct account is selected

Common Dashboard Messages

"No API Account Active"

This means you need to select an API account before sending messages.

Solution: Go to Profile → API Accounts tab → Click "Switch"
