Managing Contacts

The Contact Manager helps you organize your contacts and create groups. Effective contact management makes sending messages faster and more organized.

Contact Groups

Contact Groups help you organize your audience into segments. You can create groups for different campaigns, departments, or any categorization that makes sense for your messaging needs.

Benefits of Contact Groups

  • Segment your audience - Group contacts by location, interest, or any criteria
  • Faster sending - Send to entire groups with one click
  • Better organization - Keep your contacts neatly categorized
  • Campaign efficiency - Target specific groups for promotions or announcements

Find the "New Group" button in the Groups section on the left side.
